What does a dating coach actually do?

I'm not here to just give you dating "tips" or play matchmaker. I help you reset your entire approach to love — so you stop repeating painful patterns and start feeling like yourself again.


How will coaching help me if I’ve already tried everything?

Most of my clients have read the books, done therapy, and followed the "rules." What they haven't done is slow down, get real about what’s keeping them stuck, and actually rewire their approach to love. That’s what we do together.


What if I’m too burned out to even date right now?

You are exactly who this is for. Dating burnout isn’t solved by forcing yourself back onto the apps — it’s solved by figuring out why it feels so bad, and healing that. My coaching is about helping you get to a place where dating actually feels possible again.


Will you just tell me what I’m doing wrong?

Nope. I’m not here to shame you. We’ll look honestly at what’s working, what isn’t, and what might be outdated survival strategies — but always with compassion, never blame.


Do I have to be actively dating to benefit from coaching?

Not at all. Some clients take a break during coaching — and sometimes, that’s part of the reset they need. The point isn’t to rack up more dates, it’s to make sure when you do date, you’re in alignment with what you really want.


Is this just about finding someone faster?

No. This is about helping you find someone better — for you. Rushing usually leads you right back to heartbreak. I’ll show you how to date in a way that’s honest, sustainable, and actually leads to the love you want.


Can you help me rebuild my confidence after rejection or heartbreak?

Yes. Many of my clients come in deeply discouraged, scared of repeating the past. Healing is built into the process. Together, we’ll help you regain trust in yourself — and in love.


What if I have family or cultural pressures?

Been there. I understand the guilt and expectations many people carry. I’ll help you navigate that without betraying yourself or cutting yourself off from the people you love.


I’m worried I’ll just hear the same old advice — is this really different?

It is. The 6 Steps Path doesn’t tell you to just “think positive” or “keep swiping.” It helps you uncover why you date the way you do, and change it at the root. No fluff. No gimmicks. Just real tools and real results.


Do you help with online dating profiles and conversations too?

Yes, but only once we’ve laid a solid foundation. I’ll help you with the apps, profiles, first messages — but only after you’ve reset your approach so you don’t repeat what’s been burning you out.


What if I’m scared that I’ll never find someone?

Most of my clients feel this way when we first meet. Coaching will help you reconnect with hope — not false hope, but a grounded, clear understanding that you’re capable of finding healthy, lasting love.


How long will the course take?

"It's About You" e-course can be completed in a little as week if you do a step every day! Most people take about 3 weeks to complete the exercises, but if you have 90min-2 hours each day to give each step your undivided attention and each exercise your focus, you can complete it in a week.


What is different in 1:1 coaching vs. group coaching?

The largest difference in how customized the content is for you. Obviously, 1:1 sessions are about you 100% and will go at the pace that makes sense for you. Group sessions are structured around the common themes of the members of the group with a bit of time available at the end for Q&A.


Do sessions have to be over Zoom?

Absolutely not! If you are more comfortable in another platform or want to have a simple phone call, we can certainly do that.


What if I want more after initial coaching or the course?

I offer monthly touch-in sessions.


Where do you host the communities?

Communities are hosted on Facebook in private groups.
